Electronic filing using the Army resume builder allows you to save
and store your resume. You will be able retrieve and update your
resume as needed. Once your resume is entered, your record is
integrated with the other staffing tools used by the Army to recruit
and place applicants.
You
must be in the right system
to get matched up with job vacancies.
To
do this, submit your resume and supplemental data to the Army
centralized resumix database. This can be easily done by visiting here

Using
the quick self-nomination process you can apply for the vacancies. The
Army posts vacancy announcements at
http://www.armycivilianservice.com.

any other job-related information you would like to include).
Education
Provide
your highest level of education; i.e., AA, BA, MA, if degree
completed. List major field of study, name of school, year degree
awarded and GPA. Resume must include courses and semester/quarter
hours. If your highest level was high school, list either highest
grade completed, year graduated or date you were awarded GED.
Additional
Information
Note
any specialized training courses you have completed and consider
relevant to your career goals. Indicate dates and length of
training.
Note
any professional licenses and certificates including date(s)
certified and the State where it was awarded. List
any awards and any other information (e.g., language proficiencies,
professional associations, etc) pertinent to your career goals.
For
each additional page of your resume, you must include your full name
and Social Security Number on the BOTTOM left hand corner.
NOTE:
Your
resume may not exceed 3 pages, excluding the general supplemental data
information which can be found at the Army
resume builder website itself.
